The office features a state-of-the-art operating facility where Dr. Kolker performs most of his surgeries. This ambulatory facility is fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. The office is also equipped with three beautiful examination rooms, a recovery room and provides overnight care services staffed by a full time registered nurse.

Please schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.
