This 37-year-old mother of one (5’5½”, 118 lbs.) developed drooping deflated breasts after 1 pregnancy.  She underwent breast augmentation with 371cc silicone gel breast implants placed in the dual plane (the majority of the breast implants positioned under the muscle) through an areolar incision. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34B/C to a 34D. The mastopexy was a “doughnut” breast lift, with the incision for the removal of excess breast skin confined to the areola.
