This 33-year-old mother of two (5’4”, 115 lbs.) developed breast deflation after 2 pregnancies.  She underwent breast augmentation with 300cc (filled to 320cc) saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A/B to a 32C.
