This 33-year-old mother of two (5’2½”, 123 lbs.) lost breast volume after 2 pregnancies.  She underwent breast augmentation with 270cc and 300cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an areolar incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A to a 32B.
