This 34-year-old woman (5’0”, 120 lbs.) lost 60 lbs. through lifestyle modification, diet, and exercise. She developed loose skin and excess fat of the abdomen, flanks, back, inner and outer thighs, and buttocks after massive weight loss.  She underwent Lower Body Lift (Circumferential Abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks as a first stage procedure, followed by a Circumferential Thigh Lift with Liposuction was performed as a separate procedure.
