This 23-year-old woman (5’1”, 156 lbs.) lost 128 lbs. after bariatric surgery (a laparascopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery). She developed loose and excessive skin of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks after her massive weight loss, as well as severe droop (ptosis) and deflation of her breasts and sagging skin of her arms.
