This 46-year-old woman (5’2”, 158 lbs.) lost 105 lbs. through lifestyle modification, diet, and exercise. She developed loose and excessive skin of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks after her massive weight loss, as well as severe droop (ptosis) and deflation of her breasts and sagging skin of her arms.
