This 18-year-old male (5’11”, 180 lbs.) underwent bilateral male breast reduction to correct his gynecomastia and large areolar complexes.  Gynecomastia correction involved the direct removal of breast gland, liposuction of breast fatty tissue, and reduction of areolar size and removal of excess breast skin with a circumareolar incision.
