This 24-year-old woman (5’9”, 115 lbs.) had moderate-to-severe asymmetric nipple inversion.  The left inverted nipple would never come out (Grade III Nipple Inversion), and the right inverted nipple would come out only with manual maneuvers (Grade II Nipple Inversion).  She underwent bilateral inverted nipple correction with a minimal-incision technique.
