This 39-year-old woman (5’3”, 120 lbs.) had moderate, symmetric nipple inversion.  The inverted nipples would come out only with manual maneuvers (Grade II Nipple Inversion).  She underwent bilateral inverted nipple correction with a minimal-incision technique.
