This 35-year-old woman (5’6”, 148 lbs.) had severe asymmetric nipple inversion.  The right inverted nipple would never come out (Grade III Nipple Inversion), and the left nipple behaved normally. She underwent bilateral inverted nipple correction with a minimal-incision technique.
