This 20-year-old woman (5’5”, 150 lbs.) had mild, symmetric nipple inversion.  The inverted nipples would come out with stimulation or manual maneuvers (Grade I/II Nipple Inversion).  She underwent bilateral inverted nipple correction with a minimal-incision technique.
