This 34-year-old woman (5’7”, 140 lbs.) had heavy, pendulous, drooping breasts.  She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with breast reduction to correct her breast ptosis and to reduce her breast size. Breast reduction reduced her bra size from 34D to 34C.
