This 47-year-old woman (5’7”, 170 lbs.) had symptomatic large, pendulous breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction to remove excess breast gland, fat, and skin with an inverted T approach.  Breast reduction reduced her bra size from 36DD to 36C. Her back pain resolved immediately after breast reduction surgery.
