This 21-year-old (5’4½” 140 lbs.) had symptomatic large, heavy breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction to remove excess breast gland, fat, and skin with an inverted T approach.  Breast reduction reduced her bra size from 34DDD to 34C. Her back pain resolved immediately after breast reduction surgery.
