This 36-year-old woman (5’6”, 142 lbs.) was diagnosed with invasive left breast cancer. Following a left skin-sparing mastectomy, immediate reconstruction with a Latissimus Dorsi musculocutaneous flap (skin and muscle from back) was performed. Nipple construction with local flaps and areolar tattoo were later performed in the office.
