This 42-year-old woman (5’5”, 120 lbs.) was diagnosed with invasive right breast cancer and ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the left breast. She underwent bilateral mastectomies. After her chemotherapy, a reconstruction with breast tissue expanders followed at a second stage by permanent breast implants was performed. Nipple construction with local flaps and areolar tattoo were later performed in the office.
