This 29-year-old woman (5’7”, 151 lbs.) with breast asymmetry and breast ptosis underwent breast augmentation-mastopexy with 304cc and 339cc silicone gel breast implants placed in the dual plane (the majority of the breast implants positioned under the muscle) through a lollipop incision. The mastopexy was a “short scar” breast lift, with the incisions for the removal of excess breast skin around the areola with a short vertical incision. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement and balance, increasing her breast size from 36A to a 36C.
