This 44-year-old woman (5’7”, 125 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 270cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 32A to a 32B/C.
