This 37-year-old woman (5’7”, 130 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 265cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 36A to a 36B.
