This 32-year-old woman (5’5”, 120 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 210cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an axillary incision (breast augmentation with an endoscope using an incision in the underarm area).  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A to a 34B/C.
