This 24-year-old woman (5’4”, 120 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 270cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an axillary incision (breast augmentation with an endoscope using an incision in the underarm area).  The saline breast implant effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A to a 34C.
