This 37-year-old woman (5’4”, 130 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 275cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 36A to a 36B/C.
