This 27-year-old woman (5’4”, 120 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 300cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 32A to a 32B/C.
