This 33-year-old woman (5’4”, 115 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 300cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 32A/B to a 32C.
