This 44-year-old woman (5’7”, 135 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 325cc saline breast implants placed in the dual plane (the majority of the breast implants positioned under the muscle) through an areolar incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A to a 34C.
