This 31-year-old woman (5’4”, 120 lbs.) underwent breast augmentation with 275cc saline breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The saline breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breast size from a 34A/B to a 34C.
