This 30-year-old woman (5’5”, 130 lbs.) with tubular breast deformity underwent breast augmentation-mastopexy with correction of tuberous breast deformity with 371cc silicone gel breast implants placed in the dual plane (the majority of the breast implants positioned under the muscle) through a circumareolar incision. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement and balance, increasing her breast size from 36A to a 36C.  The mastopexy was a “doughnut” breast lift, allowing the modification of breast shape and placement of breast implants, with the incisions for the removal of excess breast skin confined to the areola.
