This 31-year-old woman (5’7”, 152 lbs.) with breast asymmetry and tubular breast deformity underwent breast augmentation-mastopexy with correction of tuberous breast deformity with 371cc silicone gel breast implants placed in the dual plane (the majority of the breast implants positioned under the muscle) through a circumareolar incision. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement and balance, increasing her breast size from 36A to a 36C.
