This 18-year-old woman (5’8” 140 lbs) with breast asymmetry and tuberous breast deformity underwent breast augmentation / mastopexy with correction of tuberous breast deformity with 304cc and 339cc silicone breast implants placed under the muscle through an areolar incision. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement and balance, increasing her breast size from 36A to a 36C.
