This 19-year-old woman (5’6”, 160 lbs) with severe breast asymmetry and tuberous breast deformity underwent breast augmentation / mastopexy with correction of tuberous breast deformity with 270cc and 371cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle through an areolar incision. The more ptotic (drooping) breast required a vertical “Lollipop” incision to achieve a breast lift. The silicone breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement and balance, increasing her breast size from 36A/B to a 36C.
